Our home becomes your holiday home!

From mid-May to the end of September you can visit our lovingly furnished house in Els Poblets (Denia) at the Costa Blanca Costa Blanca, which we otherwise live in ourselves, rent for the best time of the year

Unser sonniges, sehr privates Ferienhaus Casa Ay Caramba befindet sich in einer ruhigen, meernahen Wohnlage von Els Poblets (bei Denia/Alicante/Spanien). Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Duschbäder und 1 Wohn-/Esszimmer mit offener, moderner Küche. In der grossen, vollständig verglasten Terrasse befindet sich ein Esstisch für 6-8 Personen, sowie eine gemütliche Sitzecke mit Sofa und Sessel, die zum Verweilen einlädt. Von der Terasse gelangt man auf eine weitere, kleine Terasse mit hübscher Sitzgelegenheit, sowie direkt zum Aussenbereich mit privatem Salzwasser-Swimmingpool (6×4,5m), einer Pergola mit ausziehbarem Sonnendach, BBQ-Bereich sowie eine Liegewiese.
Diverse Sitzmöglichkeiten finden Sie rund um das Haus.
A dog is allowed on request and for an additional charge.

Both the stone and sandy beaches are within easy walking distance (about 900 meters). The bus connection to Denia (8km) is also nearby. In our village you will find bars, restaurants, supermarkets and cash machines. Nearby you will find bakeries and also a small German supermarket.

The nearest 18-hole golf courses (Oliva Nova und La Sella)are both just 15 minutes away.

German and English speaking doctors and dentists as well as physiotherapists are also within walking distance.

The rental price is valid for the occupancy of the holiday home of up to 6 persons per night.
Preise inklusive Strom (bis 150 kwh/Woche, danach 0,40 €/kwh), Wasser und Glasfaser-Internet.
The final cleaning is charged at a flat rate of 180 € for the house and is to be paid in cash upon handover of the house at the beginning of the rental period.
A dog is allowed on request and will be charged with an additional cleaning fee of € 50.
Optional stellen wir Ihnen auf Wunsch Bettwäsche (15 €/Person) und
Handtücher (15 €/Person) zur Verfügung.
The rental deposit is 500 € .

Während der Hochsaison von Juni bis einschließlich September beträgt der Mindestaufenthalt 7 Tage. Es kann Ausnahmen geben. Im Mai beträgt der Mindestaufenthalt 3 Tage.

From the rental contract the handing over of the keys to the final account, everything is done by the same company.

You will be welcomed on site, provided with all information and always have a contact person on site for any questions.
